We use disinfectant which are food grade and harmless to environment as well as harmless to children. We are fully committed to the environment and our community.
That depends on the size of the area to be disinfected and any special request like shifting of cupboard, remove of carpet etc.
We will share the scope of works with you in our quotation.
i) For cancellation of the scheduled cleaning service before 48 hours prior to the agreed start time, an administrative fee of $30 will be charged.
ii) For cancellation or rescheduling of the scheduled cleaning service within 48 hours, 50% of the invoice amount will be charged.
i) For disinfection we will prepare our own disinfectant and equipment.
ii) For office cleaning, supply of equipment will be by you by default unless you have requested us to prepare our own items before job starts. Please note that we will not be liable for any damages to your equipment. Please read our terms and conditions for more information.
